Hello! I’m Callan Underwood, a cinematographer based in Bozeman, Montana. I initially came to Bozeman for the outdoors, but quickly fell in love with filmmaking.

I’ve always been drawn to cameras and the way they let you tell stories without having to say a word. I have recently received my degree from Montana State University in Film, and I’ve worked on all kinds of projects, from films and documentaries to branded content and weddings.

What I love most about cinematography is that I’m always learning. Every shoot teaches me something; whether it’s a technical tweak or just how to work better with a team. I take time to reflect on every project, and that repetition helps me grow with each new one.
